Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

It's Monday..
Hope everyone had a great weekend!
So here's a quick and super easy recipe to get your week off to a great start!

My sweet tooth is T-Rex sized.
It's quite a challenge to suffice my craving for sweetness,
especially when it is for chocolate.
I mean seriously, who can just eat only two hershey kisses
or two Dove chocolates?
So this summer I had a break though.
Cocoa Powder.
Why I never thought of it's use outside of baking, no idea.
But I'm glad I did! 
Normally my breakfast routine is Greek Yogurt.
Then I'm searching for a mid morning snack a few hours later.
So in attempt to get a more satisfying breakfast,
keep it somewhat nutritional,
I put my two favorite sweets together:
Chocolate and Peanut Butter.
Then I add strawberries
'nuf said.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
1/2 cup rolled oats 
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup greek yogurt 
1/2 T creamy peanut butter 
1/2 T cocoa powder
various toppings  such as berries, nuts, bananas
This makes one serving- but super easy to half or double, etc
Mix all together, cover, and let sit overnight.
The longer the oats sit, the less crunchy they are. 
Perfect for the hot summer mornings 
when you really don't want to be inside and cook
and heat up the kitchen. 

P.S. is it even possible to photograph oatmeal and make it look good?
